What is Hirestreet Pre-Loved?

Hirestreet Pre-Loved is items that we had to rent but have now decided to sell. So, you're able to keep any items that bought through our Pre-Loved Collection.

Can I return a pre-loved item?

If you're not happy with your item, please email preloved@hirestreetuk.com to let us know that you will be returning your item for a refund. Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must notify us up to 14 calendar days from the day you received your order and the ribbon must still be attached to the item. Any items returned without a ribbon may be classed as worn. Send your returns to: Hirestreet Pre-Loved, 48 Clayton Park Square, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE2 4DP. Please keep your proof of postage incase anything happens to your return. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. 

Can I return my pre-loved item with a rental item?

If you need to return your pre-loved item, please do not return it with any rentals that you have from us. Follow the instructions above to return your pre-loved outfit.

Are pre-loved outfits cleaned?

All pre-loved clothes that have been previously rented have been cleaned in accordance with with our cleaning standards.  

Do you have a physical store?

No, at the moment we are solely online.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from when you placed your order, however, items that have been despatched cannot be cancelled. Please email preloved@hirestreetuk.com if you would like to cancel your order. 

How much is delivery?

Our standard fee is £2.95 per order. Please note that this does not cover the cost of returns. 

When will I receive my order?

Please leave up to 7 days for your order to arrive. Delivery times can vary.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery UK wide.
